In the email that gets sent to customers-after booking an appointment, there's a 'Cancel' button. I’ve had two customers who accidentally canceled their events by mistake. It would be helpful if there was a confirmation screen that asked, 'Are you sure you want to cancel this event?' before the cancellation is finalised.
