Can MediaBee assist if our organization lacks the right payment facility to access services/products from a third-party company?

Yes, if you are an existing client with MediaBee, most of the time, its possible.

At MediaBee, we understand that some of our valued clients, mainly non-profit organizations, may not be in possession of PayPal accounts or credit cards. Additionally, despite having these facilities, some clients prefer not to use them on a third-party website, mainly when operating outside their home country. In response to these circumstances, we have established special arrangements for clients seeking to purchase specific products or subscribe to recurring services in the absence of required payment facilities. In such cases, we facilitate the transaction with third-party companies, who subsequently bill us for the provided products or services. We then invoice our clients (that's you), including a nominal service/administration charge based on the total cost.

Our charges are structured as follows: For example, we are using US Dollars for reference.

  • Up to $100: 25% extra
  • $101 to $500: 10% extra
  • $501 to $1000: 5% extra

For amounts exceeding $1000, feel free to contact us for a personalized quote.

For instance, if a third-party service costs us $90/year, we invoice you $112.5.

Similarly, for a $270/year service, your invoice would be $312 or the equivalent amount in your currency.

To streamline financial administration, we require access to the respective third-party company's dashboard.

If the dashboard allows for role customization with varying levels of access, we request clients to assign us with the appropriate role, ensuring that billing addresses remain unchanged and reflect MediaBee's address and recommended details.

This approach allows us to provide seamless services while respecting our client's preferences and ensuring transparency in financial transactions.

MediaBee may conduct checks on third-party companies and their products/service prior to our participation in facilitating the subscription.
Our role is only limited to assisting clients in streamlining payment methods for the necessary third-party services.

Clients bear the responsibility of ensuring the legality of utilizing the third-party services or products. It is incumbent upon the client to verify their compatibility with and adherence to the policies of both the third-party company and MediaBee. This includes complying with specified timelines for service/product cancellations.

It's imperative to highlight that MediaBee does not assume any liabilities for incidents affecting the client or the third-party company resulting from these arrangements.
