If you wish to upgrade to a higher plan/tier subscription, we'll calculate the charges based on the remaining duration of your existing plan (prorated) and apply them to the new plan. The new plan/tier starts from the day you switch. Downgrading is also possible, though please note that refunds won't be available for subscriptions that are 15 days or older.
